Terms of Service

The service

Worrrrld! is a free game where you play a short mini-game, create a challenge link, and send it to someone else. Each challenge link can be accepted by one person, and each player gets a single attempt. Results are final once a round is played.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it.
• You can play as a guest or create a full account with an email address.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• Nicknames must be unique and must not impersonate someone else.

Things you must not do

Records and leaderboards are the point of Worrrrld!, so anything that fakes a result ruins the game for everyone. You must not:

• Use scripts, bots, automation, or modified clients to produce or alter scores.
• Interfere with the scoring, matchmaking, or leaderboard systems in any way.
• Create accounts to inflate your own record or another player's record.
• Use a nickname that is offensive, or that impersonates another person.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Disrupt or overload the service.

Suspension and removal

We may remove scores, reset records, suspend, or delete accounts that break these terms, including accounts used for cheating or abusive nicknames. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as your nickname. You give us permission to display it inside the service, including on leaderboards, head-to-head pages, and in the preview images generated for shared links.

Availability and disclaimer

Worrrrld! is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Worrrrld! after a change means you accept the updated terms.
